The Stars are out tonite.

Well I had to go out to the shop and i noticed that the stars are majorly looking good tonite. That was nice. Well I just thought today how short life can be. I know we hear everyone say that. But their is such truth to it that i'm going to repeat it. I heard about two guys that died in their 30's. Whoa... I don't why I'm thinking about it, i mean two guys died young, that's sad. But it seems different to me. It's more than just sad to me. Makes me think am i waiting to live out my life when i get older? I just breeze along for right now. Now if I was like that, what would have happened if i died at 30. I'd have had not much time to live out my life. So my point is that, we should live each day like it's our last. Not that we should be all scared of death. But be like hey if i die tomorrow, i want this person to know that i appreciate them. Not to wait oh i'll do that tomorrow. That tomorrow just might not come. So i guess to sum things up, life can be cut short, so lets live each day that it might be our last.

Computers.

Man i love computers, especially when they are doing exactly what you want them to do. I've been having really good success at that, getting my pc to do what i want it to.

Friday, November 26, 2004
After a failed attempt to follow some tutorial for blender. I thought i'd finish the day off with a little bit of blogging. Uh yes. Sweet blog.

I was sorta thinking about this today. Why is it that some people frown upon watching tv and say go read a book? I mean basically what you get out of a book is what might expect to get out of tv show, movie, etc. In fact, is it not true that most movies, are based on books. It just kinda seems a little bit funny to me. And just in case you were wondering, no one said to me that i should go read a book. I was just thinking about it. It seems to me that the only difference between reading a book and watching something is how a person has to visualize it. With tv there is no such thing as having to visualize or imagine, but that's quite opposite to reading a book. Both methods seem to have the same results. Just think about reading "Beauty and the Beast" (random) or watching the movie. Is there any difference between what you get out of it? I don't think so. These two are different methods of etertainment, but both have the same results. That's my opinion.

So what do you think? Comment. If you want to correct my view.

I have some major problems with the template so i switched again. It looks bad in ie for some odd reason hate ie anyway. Hey i found myself on google. Took some effort but i'm there. Here it is.
So ya, that's my post gotta get back to business.

Oh shoot the stupid html doesn't seem to allow comments. Just great just great

As you can see I changed my template. I really like this look. But had to change a few things. I'm not quite sure if it's right but, it looked good to me. I have to say i really am beginning to like to blog again. It certainly gives me a chance and write something that's on my mind. Well i better get going, man it's early.

Wednesday, November 24, 2004
Oh yes, well I just wrote an application in to write for Neowin, might get to write articles for them, might not. Probably not. But anyways, it would have been cool. That's one of the reason's i'm back into blogging because I think it will help with my communication skills. (I sound way to fancy there) Anyways what to say, oh, i know. I watched some movie last night. Not your action movie or anything like that. It was some movie with Jenifer Lopez and some guy forget that. Not bad, if you want something romantic like (romantic like, groan where is this going). It was called The Wedding Planner. The wedding planner meets some guy on the street and then finds out that she's doing his wedding. She seems to fall in love with this guy. But he's getting married. Uh, conflict. Whatever. I'm glad I don't watch movies like that all the time. That one was nice for the time. Relaxing. Yes i need that sometimes. This go, go life has to slow down sometimes.

End of my post

My alien is an honour student

My favorite freeware.

Saturday, July 24, 2004
My favorite freeware. My favorite freeware. Well it's been a long time coming but i've wanted to do this for a long time. I've created a list of most of my favorite freeware, open source, free software, whatever, good stuff, that u can get free off the internet. You'll find included is a link to the software's makers page. But if planning to download some, you might want to try looking at places such as snapfiles.com, nonags.com, or download.com to insure u get a fast download.
1. Firefox
I put this one in #1 because it is my most favorite and most used peice of free software. Mozilla firefox. It's been highly recommended all over the web and in reviews. It covers the basics of all browsing and goes beyond that. With a download manager, a theme manager, and the ability to add extensions, it goes far beyond the basics of browsing. The extensions are what really make this browser come alive, one can custimize his browser to do almost anything. Well almost. The online support for firefox and all mozilla products are good with forums. Popups are a thing of the past with this browser due to the fact of the built in pop up blocker. It has been stated that this browser is by far more secure than internet explorer. But probably the greatest reason to use this browser is the ability to have tabbed browsing. Tabbed browsing is something you will not see in internet explorer. Tabbed browsing is the ability to have multiple pages open. But instead of having multiple windows, the different pages are displayed as tabs along a toolbar. You click on one tab and you veiw that one and you click on another and you veiw that. There are far more features, go to the mozilla firefox site see what all i missed.
2. Thunderbird.
Another mozilla product, thunderbird, is its mail client and has just as much guts as any good mail client. The ability to create filters to sort through mail helps with dealing large amounts of email. As firefox has built in popup blocking, this mail client has junk mail control. It has the ability to learn what is and is not junk mail. Great. I'll say. Again it has as in firefox, extensions. So you can add different features to suit your needs. It has spellchecker for ur emails, profiles for different user accounts, address book, and all sorts of other neat things. Check it out at the thunderbird site.
3. Mozilla.
This is basically includes all of the same things i just mentioned. But as an all in one bundle. There are some differences but not to noticeable. Check it out at the mozilla site
4. Adblock
Annoying ads on a page can really be just that annoying, but with adblock you can stop all those ads from bugging you. It being an extension for mozilla and firefox, means that you only get this feature with these browsers. All you have to do is to setup some filters and it will stop almost any banner, ad, popup, bad page. By far this is the most useful extension i have ever come across. I have a great filter too, so that makes a whole world of difference. With mozilla and firefox, popups and ads are a thing of the past. You can get adblock here.
5. Quicknote
Do you ever find yourself fireing up a new text editor everytime you want to copy some text from a web page. Well quick note is the extension you should get if you are running firefox or mozilla. It basically a notepad, that's built into your browser. You can have multiple tabs as well. This is a must have for research and related work. Get it here.
6. Offline Support.
Want offline support for thunderbird? Well here's where you get it.
7. Stumble Upon Bar
Ever just want to browse the internet without any intention of going any place specific. Well this toolbar is for you. As it name implies you stumble around through sites that are rated by other stumblers. You, yourself can rate too and even add comments to these reviews. It's a really good way to find stuff on specific topics due to the different interest sections. So you wont see anything about geography when stumbling with that preference turned off. Best part it's compatible with almost everything out there, no peice of software have i found can be used on as many different platforms as this one.
8. Quintessential Player
Want a great music player that doenst make you yawn. This one is for you. The Quintessential player with loads of functionality and ways to customize it. The ability to encode music into mp3's from a cd is great. (Too bad i didn't have a big enough hard drive to store it on) With plugins for different encoders, visuals, mixer settings, there are a lot of things you can do with it. It supports a great variety of formats and the ability to get the codecs from the site. I know there are a lot of different players out there but this one has to be my most favorite.
9. Gaim
If one is tired of the instant messengers for yahoo, msn, aim, and is looking for something different. Gaim is a good choice. Instant messaging goes to a whole new level of convience with this multifunction client that supports all the major networks. A great feature that is hard to find in other multifunction clients is the ability to have tabbed conversations. Meaning that you can have two different conversations going and each have their own tab. The folks that develop gaim also try to keep a rigorous schedule of updates with a new version coming out every two weeks. Hats off to those guys.
10. IrfanView
If one is bored by paint and internet explorer opening up their bitmaps and jpegs, why not try using IrfanView with the ability to veiw as many formats as there are holes in swiss cheese. You will not stump this thing with whatever format you throw at it. A slideshow feature and thumbnail veiw are some of the many great features of this application. Also browsing through a directory of pictures has never been as easy as with this program with two arrow buttons, you simply click and it jumps to the next picture in the directory. Its site says that it is the most used viewer around the world, and for good reason. This a great application for viewing pictures, period.
11. Freshdownload
If you're still using internet explorer to do your download you are way behind the times. Get a download manager. Pausing downloads and restoring disconnect downloads are good reasons to get one. Freshdownload does just that. Highly reccomended by me. lol.
12. AVG Free Edition.
With todays wild world of the internet, there is no reason to not run an antivirus program. How about a free one that does the job without bogging system resources like norton antivirus? AVG antivirus does just that. It's free, and doesnt hurt your computer's system resources and making an entire scan of your hard drive at the time you specify. What more could you ask for? I know the answer "that virus makers to quit", well that's just not going to happen.
13. Traysaver.
If you have as many things as i have in my system tray, then you probably wish you could hide them, in windows xp that's realitivly easy but in other windows versions its harder. With Traysaver it will give you the same capability as windows xp users--to be able to hide tray icons. Way cool. Saves some taskbar space with this one.
14. MCL
Uh, the beloved keyboard shortcuts, dont you love them. Well if keyboard shortcuts turn your crank then mcl is just your thing. It will allow you to give a word to your different applications. For instance i use it with firefox, i set up a macro that tells it when i type fire run firefox and my dialup prompt. Cool. A great little application for keyboard users like myself and you maybe. Check it out.
15. Clipomatic
Liking copying and pasting? Well this application will get you copy and pasting like you've never done before. Instead of the single item you copy and paste, this program allows you to cache each entry so you can paste them later after you've copied a completely different thing. You can make clipsets too,  for things you enter in often. For business users this could be like your email address or your phone number, this program has a lot of uses. Unfortunately it is somewhat hard to understand, so read the help file first and get a full understanding of this useful bit of freeware.
16. Startup Control Panel
I hate it when programs that i install automatically startup every time log on to my user. That really annoys me, and especially when i have to bring up the registry editor to get rid of it. Startup control panel terminates the need for firing up regedit. But instead offers a graphical version of what's going on in the registry. By turning the stuff you dont want to start you can actually speed up your startup. Right on. Due not that most people can use msconfig, but this is must better and nicer way to do it.
17. Spybot Search & Destroy
Who likes spyware? No one. The german Patrick M. Colla should get a medal for his great and most recommended spyware remover. It's a must have for all people that surf the internet, especially if you use the security flawed internet explorer. It will do much more than just remove tracking cookies. Scanning for adaware, malware, trojans, and of course spyware. It also has a whole arsenal of other useful tools. So go download it and keep your computer safe from the nastier side of the internet.
18. Ad-aware.
Another good scanner for ad-aware and the like. This one has great, regular updates. This a great go along for spybot, if one misses something the other one will pick it up. So go out and download this to rid yourself of the pestilence on your hard drive.
19. Spyware Blaster.
Taking a proactive approach to spyware is a good reason to use spyware blaster. Spyware blaster blocks bad stuff from down the pipe and onto your hard drive. Capable for stopping stuff on the most major browsers, so you wont be without protection. I dont really use it do to the fact that it doesnt work on my windows 95 system, but this will be a great download. So for security download another great bit of freeware.
20. Swat it
Get rid of trojan horses with this trojan remover. It is great for just peace of mind.
21. Fastcache
Want dialup to go faster try this on for size, it says it helps to speed up your browsing. Check it out and see if you notice any difference.
22. Maxcrypt
Like keeping your stuff private. Well encrypting is the way to go. Try maxcrypt to keep your private stuff just that private. It also doubles as a good joke on your siblings when you encrypt their games and so they cant play them. What you dont think i did it. The computer must be messed up or something. And then you get on and try to fix it and thus your goal is acheived. Your goal of getting onto the computer.
23. Cain
You want to try your hand at a bit of hacking? Use cain a great program for discovering passwords. Will crack numeric passwords with ease and dictionary words as well. It really worked well on my dad's four digit password. Didnt take long at all. You can test the strength of your password as well. If your password shows up in a couple of minutes, its time to get a new one. But if you run it all night and still nothing, better keep at that.
24. JustZipIt.
The most easiest zip application out there. Opens the zip file and puts a folder of the zip file in the same directory. Want to make a zip file, no problem. Just right click the file and right click justzipit. Quick and easy and no messing around with clunky interefaces or trial offers. This one will handle those zip files with ease and for free.
25. Solitude
Like solitaire? This download has more versions of solitaire then you will able to ever find in a life time. Has a help file to help you understand the different games. So you wont be clueless on how to play. Perfect on that labtop on those long trips. Just great.
26. Rambooster.
Seem like your computer slows down the more you use it. Well this will help clear your ram and get it that just rebooted feeling without the reboot.
27. Gimp
Want to do some cool stuff with you pictures and things, but dont want to spend 700 bucks to buy photoshop or 100 for photoshop elements. This is a choice for any such people. An open source version of photoshop is the gimp. Here again i havent tried it, because of this low perfomance machine, i call a computer. But from what i have heard this is a free way to get do things like you do in photoshop. It isnt a photoshop clone though, it still lacks some of its features. If money is no object go buy photoshop, if not give gimp a whirl.
28. Notetab Light
Dont like notepad, try notetab light, with all sorts of functionality. A #1 choice for html editors and such.
29. Wallpaper Master
Like your wallpapers, for your desktop, but have too many and want to have different ones every so often. Wallpaper Master is the tool for you, with a rating system, resizer, auto changer and the ability to make lists. A great application for the desktop wallpaper enthusiast.
30. Ultimate Paint
If mspaint has somehow wronged you, then a great substitute for it would be Ultimate paint. Same functions as paint, but hey maybe not everyone likes using microsoft made stuff. So get this one if you dont like mspaint.

This list is dedicated to my friend and pet, Benji who died during the making of this list. His memory will forever live in my heart.

Well, i got this message that i should reinstall dialup networking, so i did and wouldnt u know it. The dumb modem doesnt work. It was solved when i reinstalled the drivers for the modem and some windows drivers. But didnt realize just how much everyone would miss the internet, had huge pressure to get it back up and running. Good thing it only took me 15 minutes to get things back up and running.

What,

Learning HTML

Thursday, May 13, 2004
Ya that's right, i'm going to try to learn some html. Html is the basic
encoding of the internet, i guess, im not real sure exactly what it is,
but i know it has to do with how web pages are displayed. It's going to
be cool. I know some stuff already, if u scroll down a little, u'll see
a little mozilla link, that's html, not just some picture. It will link
u to mozilla's homepage. Gotta love technology, gotta learn to use for
what u want it to do. I want to be able to make a better blog. More
interactive, more fun, if anyone can learn i think i can. We'll see i
guess, if i fail miserably or succeed successfully (isn't that what u do
when u succeed, you are being successful). This is going to be a most
interesting computer journey.

Accept technology and it will accept u.

Just checking out a new feature at blogger, it allows me to email and
post with it. Cool!

Tuesday, May 11, 2004
Yes it happened. I finally got a gmail account. It isn't out to the public yet, but i have got a chance to get an account. Because i'm using this service right here known as blogger. They said hey u want to give gmail a spin i said yes of course. It's pretty cool and really fast, faster even than my fastmail account, none of those annoying ads of dvds or lavalife like you see in hotmail. But there is text ads that scan your email for keywords and then display some related ads, cool, but some people are giving google a hard time about it. Whatever I don't care, as long as i get my 1000 megabytes of space. It's pretty cool in the way you have shortcut keys for stuff like composing, etc. I love shortcut keys, so thats a bonus. Someday i might use only gmail, but for right now i like my 5, well ive got to try to get 1000 megs of space somehow. See u around.

May your computer journeys be merry ones.

Whoa, i hate screwing things up. This comp of mine is really bugging me.
just reinstalled windows (note to self: dont change the windows shell without knowing how to change it back)
I wanted an entry just to show that i'm still alive. So here it is. I have a deadline to make it too.
I have to get this comp back working by friday. So this will be interesing. Better get going, dumb hotmail doesnt support
my version of internet explorer. Cant get to download, a new version of it. So right now i'm stuck with this paperweight. Ok
its a bit more than a paperweight. but whatever. Gotta go.

May all your computer journeys be merry ones. Unlike my horrid journey.

Expeirence is the best teacher.
Never give away ur user password. Here's the deal, i told my brother my user password (the windows password). He then found out that most of my passwords are the same. So now u probably see my predicament, i have to go around changing all of my passwords. Just to keep things private. As i said most of my password are the same, not all but most. I dont know all the places ive used this password, now i have to change them all. Why oh why u might say did i tell him my password. Well its a long story. So here goes, i wanted my brother back on the computer, i had made him somewhat upset due to the fact that i had just kicked him off of it a few minutes earlier. My brother being a little stubborn, did not want to go back on. I was trying to correct my wrong if u know what i mean. So i asked him what i could do to get him to go back on. (oh another reason for my wanting him to go back on was the fact that he had the remote control for the tv if he went to the computer i would get the remote) I asked him what i could do to get him to go on the computer. He said that i would have to un encrypt his games (what u never encrypted ur games so ur brother cant get into them, i do it more of as a tease) and tell him my password. I tried to bargain and just say that i would unencrypt the games, but he would not go for it. So i agreed to both of his terms. Hindsight is always 20/20 thats for sure. Now im going around changing password on my hotmail accounts, yahoo account, praize account, and fastmail account. Not to mention all of my other online usernames, like my profile at crosswalk. Well its been fun, but i got to get back to changing my passwords. Thanx for your sympathy.

Word of advice for the day.
Do not give anyone password, no matter the cost.

May all your computer journeys be merry ones.
PS Happy april fools day.

Spring in the air.
While taking a break from pacman, i stepped outside onto the deck. My eyes not being adjusted to the bright sunshine,(probably because i had just spent sometime in the basement without much light) i was somewhat blinded by the sun. After my eyes adjusted, i sat down on the deck. I realized something as i did that, guess what, the snow is melting, (i can hear u saying, no doh, hey i havent been outside for a while). Spring is in the air, that is if u r in the northern hemisphere. Those poor ausies'. I would like to make a toast (u know like in the movies and stuff, this is my version of it). Raise ur mouse (that thing u use to move the cursor) with me. Here is too spring, the season after winter, and before summer, may it warm us and may we be ever grateful for its warmth. May the sun heat the ground, and let the greenness return to our land that we might see the works of spring. That the ground may soak up the goodness left by winter, that there might be puddles to jump in for all those who want to catch colds. Let april showers come so we might see that may flowers. Cheers to spring, the season after winter, and before winter.

That was smooth, real smooth. I am no poet.

LOVELY SPRING BREAK
Now that its spring break, im taking it easy finally, ive been looking forward to this break since christmas. So id thought id find a good way to spend my time. What could be better than playing games on your computer. Correction, playing games and listening to music. I cant think of anything much better. I have digger, alleycat, clear magic (an excellent game for geeks), 4 different tetris games, and much much more. (Man, im beginning to sound like a sales person or something). I added today an excellent find, in my opinion, some classics. Its a bundle of games like pacman, tetris (yeah its another tetris, make that 5), pong, Asteroids, Snake, and Space Invaders. Best part its small, 500kb, (i didn't have to wait an hour to download) should be good for a couple hours of fun. Maybe even some memories retold by those who are over the age of 30. Pong will definitely not challenge anybody's graphic card. Im just an ordinary guy playing pong, got a problem with that. Actually, pong is very frustrating because, u can never win, i wasnt even able to get a point. But anyways its been fun. if u want to get it. check it out here.

Have a great spring break everyone.

This keyboard is so nice. I must say, i've never typed on anything as nice. Im going to think that any other keyboard, is a peice of junk or (insert word describing something bad). I now enjoy typing. I really like things that have more than one use. Look at the the straight head screw driver, it has two uses, one to turn screws, and second an excellant pry bar. (hey i couldnt think of a better example of multi-use item.) Thats why i like this collection of 91 solitaire games. Yep that's right 91 of them. I have no idea what some of them have to do with solitaire. But it's pretty cool. (thought of better multiuse item-swiss army knife, too late now, i dont want to backspace) Im not a solitaire freak or anything, let's just get that straight. I mentioned that its free, right?

dont get addicted

I’m feeling pretty good right now. I better go buy a lottery ticket. Probably wont let me, not 18. I’m feeling pretty lucky if there is such a thing. Remember when i told u that the keyboard i just got wouldnt work with this pc i have. It says on the box it not compatible with my version of windows. So i gave up on trying to get it to work. Boy was i wrong. I plug it in and now its working just fine. Put in the batteries. I may have needed to install some drivers. But i scraped that. No need. It wouldn’t let me anyways. So whatever. This keyboard and mouse is awesome. I love that word. This is a good day.
May all your computer journeys be merry ones. (like mine)

Man that was some weekend. I went to winnipeg and went shopping. Shopping of all the things i do is one thing i hate most. But it wasnt too bad sometimes. I did enjoy shopping at some places. Like best buy that place is awesome. Our stereo in our van wasnt working so we got a new one there. It's mp3 and cd-r compatible. Should be good I think. better than tape id say. We could have spent 900 bucks on one system. It had and nice lcd screen. a 10 gig harddrive. so u can store some music on it. That was pretty cool but a little out of our price range. We went with one that was about a fifth of that price. It rained like all day saturday. Actually winnipeg broke a record of most rain that comes down in one day. The old record was set way back in 1865. That was cool. I was a part of history. Well kinda. I realy want a new pc now. My 200 mhz processor will never be as fast as a 3 ghz one. (cool fact the new pc's out right now are 15 times faster than mine) A 3 ghz processor would be awesome. Awesome didn't i say that already. Gotta show variety. Better use some other word like great or astounding. Got a wireless keyboard and mouse too. It was a good price too. I mean 30 bucks that was a good deal for a complete package. The regular price was 75. Seen for over a 100 at other places. The only problem is it wont work on this pc im using right now. Too bad. But it will urge my dad to get a new pc. Well that's about it. All in all it was a good weekend.

Have a great day.

Hey i found a cool way of showing what i do on my comp. It's real easy. everyone knows of that print screen button. Now i have a use for it. U can take screenshots of whatever's on your screen. At least theoratically. It may not work with everything. Like ur high performance game or that video editing prog U are running. Not. I don't run anything like that. But u might have some problems. I got one of my screenshots up at click here. Just click hey check this out link. I did i little touchup. i dont have a color scheme that looks like that. Im running in this screenshot: emule (something like kazaa), msn messenger (going to sign in), winamp(playing my midi collection), word (just in case i find something interesting online and want to copy and paste), myie (a high performance internet explorer). Not all the apps are shown, but they were all running. Emule is on the taskbar as well as messenger. U may notice i made a toolbar up on top. This is an excellent subsitute for having a hundred shortcuts on your desktop half of which do not work. Enjoy the screenshot. It is my definition of multitasking. It will fit quite nicely on a desktop with a resolution of 800 by 600.

Have a great day and may all your computer journeys be merry ones.

Thought Makers
Why are the things this way? Why does it have to be like this? How come it's gotta be this way? But I thought u said? Why? Why? Why?

We all questions. My goal isn't to have to answer each one. My goal is to not ask them at all. To be all trusting. To know that all things work together for good.

Looking for something to do check out this site.

Hey check this out u can now make comments. This is real cool. Just click that comment button on any of my blogs. And enter in your own stuff. You don't have to listen to me go on and on. Now that's interactive. Too bad we couldn't be a bit more multimedia oriented. With pictures and movies and sounds and and and. Dream on. I guess. I'll have to be content with just good old text.

OK folks those last two posts were just some things I was thinking about this weekend. Their My thoughts. Thought makers I like to call them. But anyways, I finally have my OWN bedroom. And now I have all this stuff up on my walls. It’s been up there for as long as I can remember. These aren’t posters of your favorite bands or skateboarder. These are dumb things. I’m not going to go into details. I was wondering does anybody have any ideas of what I should do to replace the stuff. Like what should I put up on my walls. SEND ME YOUR THOUGHTS AT FREEINDEED33@HOTMAIL.COM. I want to know what you think. Let me have some input. Tell me what you have up on your walls. Give me some ideas.

Update
You remember that really good deal on that cd-burner. Turns out that the memory needed for this computer is really expensive. I mean expensive. I need a kit of memory. One kit runs for about $137. Do you ever get it when…
You have a real in-depth conversation with another person. This is more than just shooting the breeze with your friends and talking about the weather with your grandparents This is more than just talking about something sensitive with a group. This is between you and another talking just talking. Nothing withheld, nothing to be afraid of. Asking questions. ‘What do you think of this?’ Nobody is trying to show off just trying to talk. Now that’s a conversation worth talking about.
Or
You do something you know wrong but you do it anyways. You don’t really know why you do it. But you just do it. You ask yourself. Why? Did I have to do that? This is a situation that we’ll all find ourselves in.

Some ways to freak yourself out when on the internet.

1. Look up hacking when on google or when on Kazaa. It's a real eye opener!!!

2. Check out the new viruses at sarc.com There's about one new every week.

3. See how out of date your comp is or how out of date your antivirus is.

May all your computer journeys be merry ones.

Why am I so tired?
For a couple years I've been blaming my tired condition on lack of
sleep, too much pressure from my job, earwax build-up, or poor blood,
but now I have found out the real reason:
We're tired because we're overworked.
Here's why:
The population of this country is 273 million.
140 million are retired.
That leaves 133 million to do the work.
There are 85 million in school.
Which leaves 48 million to do the work.
Of this there are 29 million employed by the Federal Government.
Leaving 19 million to do the work.
2.8 million are in the Armed Forces.
Which leaves 16.2 million to do the work.
Take from the total the 14,800,000 people who work for state and city
governments.
And that leaves 1.4 million to do the work.
At any given time there are 188,000 people in hospitals,
Leaving 1,212,000 to do the work.
There are 1,211,998 people in prisons.
That leaves just two people to do all the work.
You and me...
...and you're just sitting at your computer reading jokes.

Cat Haiku

You never feed me.
Perhaps I'll sleep on your face.
That will sure show you.

I need a new toy.
Tail of black dog keeps good time.
Pounce! Good dog! Good dog!

The rule for today:
Touch my tail, I shred your hand.
New rule tomorrow.

In deep sleep hear sound;
Cat vomit hairball somewhere.
Will find in morning.

Grace personified,
I leap into the window.
I meant to do that.

The mighty hunter
Returns with gifts of plump birds—
Your foot just squashed one.

You're always typing.
Well, let's see you ignore my
sitting on your hands.

Kitty like plastic.
Confuses for litter box.
Don't leave tarp around.

Small brave carnivores
Kill pine cones and mosquitoes
Fear vacuum cleaner

Wanna go outside.
Oh, no! Help! I got outside!
Let me back inside!

Cats meow out of angst
"Thumbs! If only we had thumbs!
We could break so much!"

Litter box not here.
You must have moved it again.
I'll go in the sink.

Thanx to the contributer who would like to remain anonymous for these fine funny's. Hope you enjoy them!

This entry I’d thought I’d go a little tekkie. I like searching for great deals when it comes to computers, I found this hum dinger at www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=331609. I mean a cd-burner for 36 bucks, can’t go wrong I say. The thing works on just about any thing. Anything runs at 133mhz, my slow computer included running at 200mhz. The 128 mb of ram I’m going to have to work on, my computer only has 64 mb, but I can fix that I’m sure. Another hum dinger of a deal, is out there waiting to be found for ram, I just know it. Convincing my dad to get a cd burner will be a breeze, especially when our hard drive failed and we just found out that our tape back up drive, is not all that it’s backed up to be. (Get it backed up, cracked up. I still have to keep the and ha, ha theme of this blog.) If you like this send some comments at freeindeed33@hotmail.com. Well, see you. This going to be grand, just grand.

Hey folks, so here's the deal, I had to reinstall windows and everything else on my hard drive. So I havn't had any time to put anything on my blog. But I'd thought I'd take a little break and have some fun. I haven't even come close to getting my comp. back to normal. I just finished getting internet explorer. Trust me you do not want to be using internet explorer 2.0. It is really, really, really, really, etc. bad. Hey let's hope I don't get any viruses because I have nothing for antivirus. Hey folks I beginning to understand dos better. The way my computer acting, I'd almost like to go back to it. It's way simpler than this thing called Windows. But anyways I better get back to rebuilding this comp. And may all your computer journeys be merry ones.

Three things I've learned in my lifetime.

#2 Never put your mom's good china in the microwave. Especially when the china is gold plated or has some other metal on it.

Did you hear about the bank robbery in Swan River of all places?

Ya two clothespins held up a shirt
